Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Your content and account information help Adsplate work for you. Here is how Aeflow collects, uses and handles that information, and how to contact us about it.

1. Who we are

Aeflow is based in Australia and operates Adsplate, a service for planning, analysing and improving social content. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the service or contact us. For privacy enquiries, email support@aeflow.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information includes your name, email address, profile image where provided, authentication identifiers, timezone and notification preferences. Sign-in is handled by Aeflow, our single sign-on service shared by Aeflow apps, including information supplied by a social sign-in provider you choose. Aeflow keeps your name, email address and profile picture, and we receive them when you sign in.

We store the material you provide: social profile details, audience personas, drafts, images, board screenshots and notes, writing samples, research requests, conversations, schedules and post-performance data. We also store generated analyses, scores, drafts and records of AI usage and charges.

When you use the service, technical records may include your IP address, browser and device details, request times, session information and error or security logs. If you contact support, we receive the details and attachments you send.

3. How we collect and use information

We collect information directly from you, through your use of the service, from your chosen sign-in provider and from public sources you ask us to research or import, such as YouTube channel and video data.

We use it to create and secure your account, provide requested features, personalise predictions, meter and bill AI usage, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and respond to enquiries. Post results help calibrate predictions for your audience. We also use relevant information to send service messages and notifications according to your preferences, and to meet legal obligations.

You can browse public pages without an account. Account details and relevant content are needed to provide personalised features. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or other people’s private information unless it is necessary and you have permission or another lawful basis to share it.

4. AI processing

When you request an AI feature, relevant inputs are sent through OpenRouter to the model provider used for that request. Depending on the feature, these inputs can include draft text, images, screenshots, personas, writing samples, conversations or research queries. Research features may also send queries to search providers.

External providers process this information under their own terms and data-handling policies. Retention and use of inputs can vary by provider and configuration; this policy does not promise that every provider offers zero retention or excludes model training. Do not submit material you are not authorised to send for this processing. Contact us if you need details about the providers used for a particular feature.

5. When information is shared

We use service providers for authentication, billing, AI processing, hosting, file storage and email delivery. Aeflow Billing receives the usage and charges needed to keep your wallet balance. They receive information needed to perform their functions. Authorised personnel may access information to support you, maintain the service or investigate security issues.

If you create a public analysis or review link, anyone with that link can view the shared content, and review links can let them comment, suggest edits or approve. You can revoke the link, but this cannot remove copies that others have already saved. Consider the information in an analysis before sharing it.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable protections.

6. International processing

Our providers may process or store information outside your country. The locations depend on the hosting, authentication and AI providers involved, and local privacy laws may differ. Contact support@aeflow.com for information about processing locations and any safeguards relevant to your data.

7. Cookies and local storage

Adsplate uses session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect requests, and browser storage for application preferences. Authentication services may use their own cookies during sign-in. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or other features from working.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate purposes such as security, resolving disputes and complying with legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove backup copies or records that must be retained by law; external providers may have separate retention periods.

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Your choices and rights

You can update available account details and notification preferences in Settings, remove content using the service’s controls, and request account deletion. Contact us to request access to or correction of personal information, or to ask about deletion, export or other rights available under the laws that apply to you. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

You can turn off optional emails in your preferences. Essential account, security or legal communications may still be sent. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others; we will explain any applicable limitation.

10. Questions and complaints

Email support@aeflow.com with your concern and enough detail for us to investigate. We will review it and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction. Where Australian privacy law applies, information about complaints is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. See also our Terms and Conditions.
