Terms and Conditions

Last updated:

These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when you use Adsplate, a service operated by Aeflow.

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Adsplate, operated by Aeflow. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact us at support@aeflow.com with questions.

2. Your account

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorised to access.

3. What Adsplate provides

Adsplate helps you draft, analyse, organise and improve social content through rule-based checks, AI tools, audience simulations and performance tracking. Features and platform support may change. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the social platforms it supports, and those platforms control their own algorithms, rules and availability.

4. AI outputs and predictions

Scores and audience responses are estimates and simulations. They do not guarantee reach, engagement, revenue or any other outcome. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to material generated for others. Research citations and factual claims should be checked against their original sources.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them, including checking facts, permissions, privacy, intellectual property and platform rules. The service does not provide professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give Aeflow a non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy, process and transmit that content as needed to operate the service and provide features you request, including processing by our service providers and displaying content through sharing links you create.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded screenshots, images, writing samples and any information about other people. Saving or analysing someone else’s post does not give you permission to republish it. Aeflow does not claim ownership of your original content or outputs, but cannot guarantee that an AI output is unique, copyright-protected or free of third-party rights.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, fraud or sharing information without authority. Do not attempt to access another user’s information, bypass security or wallet limits, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or abuse automated access. You must follow applicable laws and the rules of any platform where you publish.

7. Wallet and paid features

AI features are paid in US dollars from the wallet of the billing profile your workspace uses, held in Aeflow Billing. Each AI action is charged at the cost our AI and research providers charge us, plus a margin. Your balance is shown in the service. New accounts may receive a one-off welcome balance, and you can add funds in Aeflow Billing. A wallet balance has no cash value outside Aeflow and is not transferable unless we expressly allow it.

When the balance is empty, AI actions may not start until you add funds; free features keep working. Failed AI actions are not charged. Any purchase shows its price and conditions before you pay. No subscription is created by these terms. Contact support about incorrect charges. Nothing in these terms removes refund or other rights provided by applicable law.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including when inputs are sent to AI providers. Authentication, AI, research and other features depend on external services that can have their own terms and availability limits. Only submit material you are authorised to process using these services. Public sharing links can be viewed by anyone who has the link.

9. Our intellectual property

Aeflow and its licensors retain rights in Adsplate’s software, branding and service design. These terms permit you to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of those materials. Do not copy, resell or misrepresent the service or its branding without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

10. Availability and account closure

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, technical faults and provider outages may interrupt access. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using the service at any time and use account deletion controls or contact support to request closure. Save material you need before deleting your account. We handle retained information as described in the Privacy Policy. Any rights or obligations that by their nature continue after closure will remain in effect.

11. Responsibilities and consumer rights

We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or that predictions or AI outputs will be correct. You remain responsible for your publishing decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Any responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law.

12. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, except where an urgent security or legal change requires earlier action. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that have already arisen. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. This does not limit mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply in your place of residence.

If a dispute arises, contact support@aeflow.com so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, seeking urgent relief or exercising rights available under applicable law.
